Guide
· Since this Historic House is designated as a National Cultural Properties, your caution for protecting this place is required.
· There must be no vandalism for the Cultural Properties, by scribbling or destroying the facility. Please tell your children to be very careful, if you bring any.
· This place has high possibility of breaking out fire since it is made of wood. So you must not cook or use fire or put firewood in the furnace without permission.
· No pets allowed, except for the guide dogs for the blind.
· Please keep quiet with consideration for other guests.
Cancellation Policy
· Please pay the accommodation fee within 3 days from booking.
· 100% refund if you cancel 3 days before the reserved date.
· 70% refund if you cancel 2 days before the reserved date.
· 50% refund if you cancel 1 day before the reserved date.
· No refund is available if you cancel on the very reserved date.
Day off
· We are open 24 hours, all year around.
Facilities
· Air conditioner, TV are equipped in every room.
· Refrigerator, coffee table and tea kettle (prepared in a room larger than a quad)
· Towels, shampoo and soap are prepared in the bathroom (bathroom is in a separate building)
